REVIEWS AND BIOGRAPHY
"Authentic 50's rockabilly swing band. From Elvis and Buddy Holly, rockabilly greasers to classic rock and corporate parties. Lazy Crazy have done it all."METRO TIMES:
These three cool cats who met in the summer of 1997 stay true to a slick, traditional rockabilly sound that fares well with strict swing dancers and head-bobbing hipsters alike. The 1950s rock roots formula is the inspiration behind the Lazy Crazies, apparent by their echoey surf/rock/swing sound to their shiny pompadours to their nostalgic names -- Brian Holly on stand up drums, Daddy 'O Rocker Cash on lead guitar and Elvis Ash on upright fiddle bass. All contribute vocals to songs with titles such as "Rockabilly is Here to Stay" and "Cruisin." Although the Lazy Crazies have only been together for a few years, they're not just trend seekers, hopping on the crazy cat bandwagon. They've been part of the scene for years in Western, rockabilly, jazz, jump-swing and 1950s style bands. Jumping on instruments and even kicking them off stage, the Lazy Crazies continue to transport their live audiences back to a time of shiny chrome, saddle shoes and drag races

B.KLEIN,ROCKABILLY HALL OF FAME:
Brian Holly, Elvis Asch and Daddy-O Rocker all presented peak performances. While Brian Holly, the group's drummer, handles most of the lead singing chores, Elvis Asch sang a few songs including an Elvis Presley medley, and Daddy-O Rocker closed out the set with a great arrangement of Merle Haggard' s "Working Man's Blues."
I have to put Brian Holly right up there on the same level as Rip Carson, Mack Stevens and Johnny Legend because of his over-the-top, animated style of singing and playing. If you take Brian away from his drum kit, as we did at Viva Las Vegas IV during one of the Rockabilly Hall of Fame jam sessions, he was moving like a bull on speed, and the audience would simply not let him off the stage for at least six or seven songs
